The purpose of this blog

One thing you will come to know about me, is that on top of making work fun, I am all about step-by-step processes and breaking down big ideas into small, doable action steps to get the ball rolling and help you gain momentum!

In my blog and on my podcast, I share with you both inspirational stories and actionable tips you can implement to start or grow your business with more impact and flexibility.

All of my content is inspired by my own experiences running a business for more than a decade while living across four continents, and the results I have gotten for my clients with my methods.

These blog posts are designed in particular for those who prefer to read an article rather than listen to a podcast. In fact, I have taken some of my most valuable solo episodes (just me without a guest) and turned them into blog posts that you can refer back to any time for guidance.
