This program has five key pillars, which are:
Five weeks of group coaching sessions (90 minutes)
This is the most intense part of the program, consolidating 1 year of work into 5 weeks so you can start implementing your new strategy right away so that you can have more clarity and time the rest of the year. During these sessions, you will be introduced to my action plan and step-by-step program. There will be tasks to complete during and between each session, on which you will receive personalized feedback during the sessions to help you progress in your planning. Be ready to jump right in!
Quarterly check-in group coaching sessions
You will be invited to join a follow up group coaching session in April, June, September and December 2023 to discuss your progress and get the guidance you need to keep track of your growth. You will receive advice on adjusting your goals and strategies to keep you committed to your progress without burning out.
Monthly live Q&A
Each month, you will be invited to ask me questions and get support from other members in real time in a dedicated online space.

How can I get the most out of this program?
You are ready for “Your Defining Year” if you:
- Have already generated revenue in your business (ideally at least five figures in annual revenue).
- Have set up your website and social media accounts.
- Have some experience creating content, even inconsistently.
- Have a minimum of five hours per week to work ON your business.
- Are ready to commit to your business and to get out of your comfort zone while building strategies that work for you and that aligned with your priorities.
Who is this program NOT for?

What will happen during these sessions?
The live group coaching sessions will take place on Zoom. During each session, with my guidance, you will execute practical exercises, get personalized feedback and make those 4 key decisions to define your tangible goals and create your 2023 strategic plan. The sessions will end with final takeaways and time for questions. These sessions will not be theocratical, you will be working ON your business and executing your strategy at a fast passed and without overthinking, while having my personal support to make the right decisions for you and your particular business. Between each session, you will have assignments to complete. At the end of each session, you will also receive an email summary of the action steps you worked on, so you can review or fine tune them to share them with your peers for feedback in the exclusive Facebook group.
What if I cannot make it to the live sessions?
No problem. Although I highly recommend joining us live when you can, the sessions will also be recorded and formatted so you get the most out of them either way. After each session, you will be able to watch the replay and will receive all the resources, templates and exercises shared during the session. You will also be able to send your questions ahead of time so that I can address them during the session.
How much time to I need to dedicate to this program?
To make the best of this program, you will need to allot a minimum of five hours in your weekly schedule for the first five weeks (90 minutes for the group coaching sessions and the rest of the time to work on implementing your assignments). To help you stay committed, I recommend blocking out that time in your calendar now and making it an appointment you cannot miss.
